Here is the first image of my urethral insertions, this is a steel penis plug from Steel Pleasures. It is an Olive penis plug with a flowing ellipse with its largest diameter at 10mm...50mm long with drain hole throughout,made from highly polished stainless steel. I replaced the ring at the end with a belly button bar. The plug is available from Steel Pleasures, see link.

I too am up to 11mm sounds full length - I love it
If you up to 11mm, then this plug will not stay in.Although it is 10mm at it's widest, the shape means it will eventually slip out.
